The supplier of conventional and organic ingredients Capitol Food Company has made significant investments in its plant in La Mirada, California. The mixing and packaging plant shows improvements in efficiency and performance with these upgrades.

The installation contains three dry mixing lines for the ingredients which are fed by programmable logic control systems (PLC). These ensure that the blends used in bakery mixes, bases, coatings and flavors are accurate every time they are produced.

These feature fully automatic computerized weighing and dry mixing lines. For the packaging section, its Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) undergo a Kosher certified refurbishment and cleaning.

The ingredient factory is also certified organic, non-GMO project verified, kosher, halal and SQF certified.

We are also committed to having the latest high-tech equipment, thereby ensuring that we are delivering “safe food ingredients” in the most efficient manner possible, ensuring on-time deliveries and excellent customer service to our loyal customers.
