Mom’s organic market, Glendale-based Arrowhead Towne Center (7780 W. Arrowhead Towne Center), announced the addition of a third location effective September 5.
The Glendale Farmers’ Market will open at Cabela’s (9380 W. Glendale Ave.) and will be held weekly on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm until May.
“We’re excited to partner with a great company like Cabela’s that supports our list of local suppliers,” said Christa Esquibel, owner of the market’s parent company, Get Local Arizona Events. “Our markets have changed so much over the past few years and we are fortunate to be able to continue to serve the West Valley community.”

The Arrowhead Farmer’s Market at Arrowhead Towne Center is currently held weekly every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. until September. From October, the hours change from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. until May.
The Sun City Festival Farmer’s Market at the Sage Center (26501 W. Desert Vista Blvd.) will launch in October and run every other Thursday through April.
Get Local Arizona Events also hosts the weekly Friday West Food Truck at Desert Financial Credit Union (17445 N. 79th Ave.) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. through September. From October, the hours change from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
All three markets and the food truck event are free for the whole family and include a rotating list of local vendors and food trucks that accept cash and cards. Dogs trained and kept on a leash are also allowed.
Each weekend, the market will feature over 100 local vendors, including fresh produce, microgreens, grass-fed meats, wild fish, raw honey, fresh eggs, local produce. bakery, local dairy products, artisans, children’s activities, food trucks and more.
